 Here are the steps to follow: 

1. Go to your play store and search for YouTube,
2.  Download the YouTube App, after downloading. 
3. Then install the App,
4.  It's now part of your App's on your mobile phone.   (Now go to play store and make sure that the YouTube App is updated and you have the latest version,  This feature was launched recently on the YouTube App, Click on it, If you have but if you don't have the updated one. You will see an update button and you can download the latest version to your smartphone.) 
5.  Open the App, (you will see one arrow pointing down click on it, options will be out then tap on normal or low and also tap on remember my setting.)   
6. Then click on Okay.

Your video will start downloading automatically.
