• Go to google search engine

• Sign in to your google account

• Click on account icon and it will take you to your google account

• Now click account preference

• Scroll down to delete account or service

• Click on delete product. When it opens, you have to re-enter your google password for security reasons while deleting the gmail account

• Click on delete icon ( You have to enter another email address but it won't be the gmail account, you can enter a yahoo.

• Then click on send email verification ( The message of deleting gmail account will be sent to your yahoo mail account.

• Now open the message and proceed to final step of deleting the gmail account.

• Once it opens, click on yes i want to delete my gmail account permanently from my google account.

• Then click on delete gmail account on done, you can now use your yahoo mail and sign in into another google service anytime you want.
